Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect potential tenants for leasing commercial spaces in malls.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and property owners.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities and trends.
4. Prepare leasing proposals, negotiate lease terms, and finalize lease agreements.
5. Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with leasing contracts and agreements.
6. Manage lease renewals, expansions, and terminations as necessary.
7. Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to drive foot traffic and increase tenant visibility.
8. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the leasing process.
