Job descriptionAs a Junior Event Manager Fresher (Male) at our esteemed Threos Healthcare (NS Foundation) You will play a pivotal role in fostering communication and engagement with various stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around coordinating with event invitees, soliciting sponsorships and partnerships, organizing healthcare camps, and ensuring effective communication with the public and customers for events. Additionally, you will be involved in the planning and execution of women welfare events. 90% field work only.Key Responsibilities:1. Event Coordination:- Efficiently manage and coordinate with event invitees, ensuring their participation and engagement.- Conduct pre-event calls to confirm attendance, address queries, and provide relevant information regarding the healthcare foundation's initiatives and events.- Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of programs and activities.2. Sponsorship and Partnership Calls:- Initiate and maintain regular communication with potential sponsors and partners.- Present compelling proposals to solicit sponsorships and partnerships for healthcare initiatives and events.- Collaborate with the marketing and fundraising teams to align sponsorship opportunities with the foundation's goals.3. Healthcare Camp Organization:- Coordinate the organization of healthcare camps, ensuring proper logistics and participant engagement.- Reach out to medical professionals, volunteers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the success of the healthcare camps.- Assist in post-camp follow-ups, collecting feedback, and maintaining relationships with participants and collaborators.4. Public and Customer Communication:- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries, provide information, and offer support to the public and customers.- Maintain a database of contacts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.- Gather feedback and insights from the public to enhance the foundation's services and outreach.5.
