Junior Maintenance Technician
Job Description
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping personnel to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards are met within the hospital environment.
2. Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with sanitation and infection control protocols.
3. Train and educate housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and safety procedures.
4. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for efficient operations.
5. Collaborate with other departments to address cleaning and maintenance needs, especially in high-traffic or critical areas.
6. Respond promptly to any cleanliness or maintenance issues reported by hospital staff or patients.
7. Monitor and enforce adherence to hospital policies and procedures related to environmental services.
8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to housekeeping staff to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to standards.
9. Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
10. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations pertaining to environmental services in healthcare settings to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
