Position Overview Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer (GenAI) Locatio n: Bengaluru, Karnataka Job Type : Full-time Experience : 1+ years (can be overlooked if project portfolio is exceptional, •must provide source code •) About the Role:
As a Machine Learning Engineer at Kapture, you will work on projects that leverage cutting edge machine learning techniques to solve real world problems. You will collaborate with a team of Machine Learning Engineers to integrate, develop, and evaluate various machine learning algorithms that enhance Kapture's products and services. Responsibilities: • Integrate, develop, and evaluate various language, vision models, and algorithms for various applications.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to evaluate and integrate machine learning solutions into Kapture CX's product offerings.
• Conduct experiments and perform statistical analysis to evaluate machine learning features being developed or already implemented.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Communicate findings and results to team members and other stakeholders.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
• 1+ years of experience in machine learning or a related field.
• Strong experience in Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and other EDA tools.
• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Huggingface Transformers, or others.
• Proven experience with ChatGPT APIs, Gemini APIs, LangChain, or Lamma Index.
• Proven experience in fine tuning and deploying Language Models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (required), C++ (optional), or Java (optional).
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Preferred Qualifications: • Significant experience in Machine Learning Projects with over 1 years of experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Advanced knowledge of deep learning techniques and frameworks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
