The Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of shipping till delivery, specifically with regard to customer satisfaction ensuring SLA\'s are met. The candidate will have prior work experience in coordinating with Transporter / Courier services provider for prompt daily pickups and delivery of shipments and providing continuous updates to customers throughout shipping process and closely managing the customer relationship
Responsibilities
Receiving and processing returns, exchanges and warranty claims.
Coordinating with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues related to returns.
Maintaining and updating records of returned items.
Conducting regular audits of returned merchandise.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding returns.
Assisting in the development and implementation of RMA procedures.
Generating reports on RMA activities and trends.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, customer service, and operations, to improve RMA processes.
Analyzing RMA data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Providing customer support and resolution for RMA inquiries and complaints.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or operations.
Knowledge of RMA processes and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends if required.
Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
