JOB Title : Senior Executive Job Overview : Impact Advisor and authorities related with Real-estate projects and Business operations. Responsibilities and Duties : Vet and review all legal work, including lease agreements, CAM agreements, service agreements, and contract modifications. Provide legal opinions, research, and guidance to the management. Draft and vet legal notices, replies, and letters of engagement. Assist with contract compliance and maintain the integrity of contracts. Flag any deviations or concerns regarding financial interests. Conduct general legal research and handle email correspondence on behalf of the management. Support and train interns when needed. Review the organization\'s internal policies and suggest their inclusion in service and vendor agreements. Extract the key points and summarize contracts for management\'s easy understanding and application. Qualifications: Graduation Only Professional Qualifications: LLB Experience: 0-4 years Salary Range: 2 LPA - 3LPA CTC Specific skills: Effective knowledge for Uttar Pradesh and NCR region government bodies and their functioning.
