• Conduct comprehensive legal research on immigration laws, policies, and regulations.
• Analyze case laws and legal precedents relevant to client cases.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including contracts, affidavits, and immigration applications.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of documents with current immigration standards.
• Assist in initial consultations to gather client information and understand case requirements.
• Provide updates to clients on the progress of their cases and address their concerns promptly.
• Organize and manage case files, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Work closely with senior lawyers to develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in hearings, meetings, or mediations under the supervision of senior lawyers.
• Assist in preparing for court proceedings, including gathering evidence and witness statements.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as government agencies, courts, and notaries.
• Maintain accurate records of time and tasks for billing purposes.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration law and attend relevant training or workshops.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and valid bar admission.
