JOB DESCRIPTION
• Conduct legal research on various issues and provide findings
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attending courts appearing for cases and conducting hearings
• Attend meetings with clients and participate in case strategy discussions.
• Assist in preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal updates
