Job Openings

We are hiring for the following roles:

1. Sales Executive:

• Number of Positions: 10
• Salary: ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month
• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass
• Responsibilities:

o Assist property owners in renting out their flats.

o Showcase flats to potential customers and address their queries.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their rental

experience.

2. Marketing Executive:

• Number of Positions: 10
• Salary: ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month
• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass
• Responsibilities:

o Identify vacant flats in the specified areas.

o Capture high-quality photos and videos of vacant flats.

o Share the collected data with the internal team for processing and customer

allocation.

3. Services Executive:

• Number of Positions: 5
• Salary: ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month
• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass
• Responsibilities:

o Handle all rental flat documentation and agreements.

o Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping of legal and rental paperwork.

o Address and resolve any documentation-related issues promptly.
