Job Description

:

We are looking for a Junior IT Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, particularly in Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Helpdesk support. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in troubleshooting IT issues and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues under the guidance of senior team members.

2. Assist in utilizing Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools to monitor client systems and address issues proactively.

3. Respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner and escalate issues as needed.

4. Assist in system upgrades, installations, and configurations under supervision.

5. Collaborate with senior technicians and cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions.

6. Document support activities and resolutions accurately.

7. Assist in conducting routine system maintenance tasks, including patch management and antivirus updates.

8. Learn and adhere to IT policies and procedures.

9. Seek opportunities for training and skill development in emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles.

2. Basic understanding of RMM tools and Helpdesk support processes.

3. Familiarity with networking principles and troubleshooting techniques.

4. Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems is a plus.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a bonus.

9. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of IT support.
