Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and reliable individual for a dual role as a Junior IT Tech & Office Boy. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain diverse experience in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Junior IT Tech:

- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks.

- Provide technical support to staff for software and hardware issues.

- Manage inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper functioning.

- Knowledge in network and firewall configurations.

- Manage NAS (Network-Attached Storage) systems and ensure data integrity and security.

Office Boy:

- Perform general office duties, including maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.

- Serve refreshments to staff and visitors.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of computer systems and IT support.

- Knowledge in network and firewall configurations, and NAS storage is mandatory.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.

- A proactive and helpful attitude.

- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
