Junior IT Recruiter

: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT positions. This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen resumes for IT positions across various domains.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a strong talent pool.
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings.
• Ensure a smooth hiring process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals.
• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably HR or related discipline).
Salary: Up to ?30,000 per month (based on experience)
