• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for IT roles.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MCA,BTech, or BCA.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various IT roles, technologies, and industry standards (e.g., programming languages, cloud technologies, databases).
• Tools Expertise: Experience using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Zoho Recruit, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to assess candidates beyond their resumes and identify the right technical and cultural fit.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously without losing track of details.
