Position
Overview: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Female HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the company. Ideal for individuals who are passionate about finding and hiring the best talent. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
2) Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
3) Source and attract candidates through databases, social media, and professional networks.
4) Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
5) Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
6) Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
7) Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and engaging process.
8) Perform reference checks and background verifications.
9) Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
10) Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
11) Stay informed about trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
1) Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2) 0 months to 6 months of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
3) Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and tools.
4) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
7) High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
8) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
