Job Profile:

Introduction: We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Engineer to join our IT team. As a Junior IT Engineer, you will assist in maintaining and supporting our organisation's IT infrastructure. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT operations while contributing to the success of our IT initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Preferred if having Industry certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
Experience: min 3 to 5 yrs experience in IT infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, server deployments, and cloud integrations
Work location: Pirangut in Pune

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve help desk tickets promptly.
Monitor IT systems for performance and security issues, perform routine maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with senior IT engineers on projects and learn from their expertise.
Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations accurately.
Learn and apply best practices in IT security and data protection.

Key-skills required:
Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant internship or work experience in IT support or a related field.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
Experience with Linux operating systems and scripting languages (e.g. Bash, PowerShell).
