Job Description

• Moodboard & Concept board presentation.
• Preparation of 2D drawing for designs with detailed section & elevation analysing all type of GFC, structural & electrical/plumbing drawings.
• Create 3D & 2D with Modular knowledge & preparation of Signoff Document following standards.
• Regular site visits for Project progress tracking & reporting to the Design Head.
• Documenting on site project progress report.
• Sourcing new vendors, Following up with vendors for order process & work implementation followup as required.
• Quality & snags checking of the work execution at site & submitting review report regular basis.
• Day to day report submission on onsite issues & do needful following instruction from Reporting Manager.
• Documenting budget for assignments project wise.
• Coordinating with all internal stakeholders as required.(assignment basis).

Specific Skills:

• Good in Communication (Hindi, English), Kannada speaking is an added quality

• Excellent in documentation & Process following
• Excellent Material & Market knowledge
• Resourceful
• Knowledge in Autocad, Google Sketchup, Excel, Word & Powerpoint
• Experience 8-10 yrs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
