Client Relations & Business Development ExecutiveLocation: Varthur, Bengaluru, KarnatakaJob Type: Full-timePay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per monthSchedule: Day shift / Morning shiftEntracte is seeking a proactive and organized Client Relations & Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is open to both female and male candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience, including freshers. We are looking for candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills, impeccable telephone etiquette, and a strong ability to follow up with vendors. This position is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Client Relations Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, and take accurate messages when necessary. Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors.Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for various office requirements, including stationery, equipment maintenance, and other services. Follow up on vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies.Business Development: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Support the development and implementation of business growth strategies. Conduct market research and analysis to support business development initiatives.Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external parties. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office expenses, visitor logs, and other relevant documentation. Assist in compiling reports and presentations as requested.Qualifications: BBM or BBA degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.Benefits: Competitive salary package.
