Job Description

Help senior designers in the development of design concepts and presentations.

Create preliminary sketches, digital drawings, and 3D renderings using design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Infurnia.

Attend client meetings with senior designers to understand client needs and preferences.

Gather and incorporate client feedback into design revisions.

Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies.

Research and suggest materials, finishes, and furnishings suitable for the project.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design plans, specifications, and material lists.

Communicate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and furnishings. Take notes of all verbal communication and relay that communication via email to the vendors, clients or to the senior management.

Assist in site inspections to assess existing conditions and ensure design implementation aligns with the plan.

Take accurate measurements and document site conditions for design accuracy.

Produce detailed and error free design drawings and specifications.

Assist in creating presentation boards, mood boards, and sample boards for client presentations.

Assist in tracking project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence.

Help coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure design specifications are met.

Organize and maintain project files, including digital and physical documents.

Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities.

Continuously seek opportunities for professional development through workshops, seminars, and on-the-job learning.

Accept and integrate feedback from senior designers to improve design skills and project execution.

Ensure that all design documents and deliverables are accurate and meet quality standards.

Pay attention to detail to avoid errors in design execution and documentation.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
