Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company Address basic employee inquiries and concerns, escalating more complex issues to senior HR staff. Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by promoting a healthy work environment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and HR policies Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and provide basic information. Coordinate training programs and events for employees. Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
