Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling. The ideal candidate is a fresher who combines strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for photography and videography. You will play a vital role in creating engaging visuals that represent our brand while also capturing high-quality photographs and videos for various campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:
• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute designs aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist in creating motion graphics and basic animations when required.
• Photography & Videography:
• Plan, shoot, and edit photographs and videos for marketing campaigns, product showcases, events, and social media content.
• Ensure high-quality images and videos that align with brand standards.
• Organize and maintain photography and videography equipment.
• Content Collaboration:
• Work closely with the content team to conceptualize ideas and ensure the visual and written content complement each other.
• Stay updated with current design, photography, and videography trends to maintain creativity and innovation.
• Miscellaneous:
• Assist in maintaining an organized digital asset library.
• Support ad-hoc creative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
• Experience in photography and videography, including basic photo and video editing skills.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic and open to learning new techniques and tools.

Additional Skills (Optional but Preferred):

• Knowledge of motion graphics tools like After Effects.
• Experience working with social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Understanding of color correction and lighting in photography/videography.
