Job Description

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Roorkee. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop various marketing materials, including digital and print assets, social media content, website graphics, packaging and more.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, packaging and website assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and create visually engaging designs that align with the brand guidelines.
• Use graphic design software and tools to create and edit high-quality designs.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand identity and maintain a cohesive visual style.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our projects.
• Work closely with the marketing team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure design alignment across different platforms.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand assets, such as logos, icons, and visual guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role.
• Proficient in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Core|Draw, etc
• Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
• Time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
