Job Role: Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Jaipur

Job Summary :

This role involves assisting with various design projects and collaborating with senior designers to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand's vision.We are a Direct-to-consumer (D2C) Lifestyle brand, Our vision is to advocate the way of living and make the basics better.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization: Generate innovative design ideas based on project goals and requirements.
• Visual Design: Create captivating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, marketing materials, ads and other platforms.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams and other collaborators to understand project objectives and incorporate feedback.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to bring designs to life.
• File Management: Organize and manage design files, ensuring accessibility and version control.
• Print Production: Prepare and deliver print-ready files, considering color profiles and resolution.
• Deadline Management: Meet project deadlines and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated on design trends and technologies to improve skills and stay competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Creativity: An eye for detail and a strong creative flair.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Communication: Effective communication and collaboration skills to understand and convey design concepts.
• Typography: Expertise in selecting and using fonts effectively.
• Color Theory: Knowledge of color combinations and their impact on design.
• Adaptabil ity:Ability to adapt to changing design trends and brand preferences
