Job Overview:
we are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and some experience in a creative agency environment, preferably within the retail sector. You will support our design team in creating visually appealing graphics for both digital and print media, including social media content, logos, and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in designing engaging social media creatives for various platforms (digital and print).
• Support the development and management of brand identity, including logos and visual guidelines.
• Create visually appealing banners, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding across all touchpoints.
• Stay informed about industry trends and apply best design practices to your work.
• Manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of design work.
• Experience in a creative agency is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel draw etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and time management skills.
