CDM, a leading content marketing agency in Pune, is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate should possess 6 months to 2 years of experience in graphic design, a strong creative flair, and the ability to transform concepts into visually appealing designs. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the design needs of our clients while working in a collaborative and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the senior design team to create visually engaging graphics for a variety of platforms, including print, digital, and social media. Assist in developing design concepts and ideas based on project requirements and client briefs. Execute design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and meet quality standards. Design and produce various marketing materials such as banners, brochures, posters, social media graphics, and other promotional materials. Work closely with copywriters and marketing teams to ensure graphics and visuals effectively communicate the intended message. Maintain an organized archive of design assets and project files for easy retrieval and reference. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve skills and bring fresh ideas to the table. Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback from clients and team members, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Skills: 6 months to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different media and styles. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual details. Basic understanding of printing processes and specifications for various materials. Ability to adapt to feedback and make revisions while maintaining a positive attitude. Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
