Desto Ventures is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will create visually stunning content for social media, branding, and marketing campaigns. This is a great opportunity for freshers or designers with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about design and eager to grow in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging designs for social media posts, stories, and ads using Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
- Assist in designing branding materials, such as logos, brochures, and business cards.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute design concepts that align with client requirements.
- Work on basic photo editing, typography, and layout design.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain high quality.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to incorporate into projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Illustrator is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
- Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing design work is required (academic projects or personal work acceptable).

Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
