Job Description

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Anddesign Co., you will play a key role in supporting the marketing and design teams. Your responsibilities will include:

Graphic Design: Create visually compelling designs, layouts, and graphics for digital and print media, including presentations, social media content, brochures, and marketing materials.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Anddesign Co.'s brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

Social Media Content Creation: Design engaging social media posts, stories, and ads to promote Anddesign Co.'s projects, services, and events, enhancing our online presence.

Collaboration: Work closely with the interior design team to create mood boards, design presentations, and visual concepts that bring interior design ideas to life.

Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team in creating promotional materials for various campaigns, including email newsletters, website graphics, and client-facing documents.

Design Research: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance the quality and innovation of our graphic content.

Project Assistance: Support the senior design team with any graphic-related tasks during the execution of interior design projects, including concept visuals and product mock-ups.

Photography Editing: Edit and retouch images from photoshoots to highlight the best features of our completed interior design projects.

Role Requirements:

A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality design work.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments.

A passion for interior design and architecture is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
