About Hyve : We are a company started by a group of IIM and NIFT graduates with a vision of building an apparel brand that India can be proud of. We are India's first online customization portal for active wear. Over the last 2 years, we have been able to serve more than 5000 clients across India. Hyve is dedicated to providing beautifully-printed Custom T-shirts, Corporate Wear, Hoodies, and Sports Apparel created with responsible and Eco-friendly production practices. We offer fashionably designed, contemporary basics for men, women, and kids that are produced in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and Design: Generate and develop innovative and visually stunning design concepts for a wide range of projects, aligning with client goals and brand identities.

Visual Branding: Create and maintain consistent visual branding guidelines for clients, ensuring a cohesive and memorable brand presence across all platforms.

Multimedia Creativity: Craft engaging multimedia content, including animations, videos, and interactive designs, to enhance digital experiences and marketing campaigns.

Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, provide design insights, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the design process.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to infuse fresh, cutting-edge ideas into projects.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of all design deliverables, adhering to project timelines and exceeding client expectations.

Experiment and Innovate: Continuously experiment with design techniques, styles, and mediums to push creative boundaries and discover new design avenues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Demonstrated experience in graphic design, with a diverse portfolio showcasing your creative versatility.

Freshers can apply

Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) .

Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, color theory, and layout.

Knowledge of multimedia design tools and animation software is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
