Work towards doing things differently with available guidance for various brands & theme.
Ownership of projects assigned.

Advanced Graphic design, illustrations, basic knowledge of UI/UX.
Advanced software skills of Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong sense of typography, imagery, colors, composition and visual layout.
Ability to keep up with & implement recent developments in the design Communication.
Must be receptive to constructive feedback.
Ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts in day to day operations.
Must organize all design deliverables within timelines agreed upon.
