Centre Source is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in Branding & Marketing. We are looking for a creative and talented Jr. Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media including social media posts, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and convey a cohesive and professional image.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Feedback Integration:

Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are modern and competitive.

Asset Management:

Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including graphics, templates, and other resources.

Requirements:

Experience:

6 Months - 1 year of experience in graphic design & Photography preferably in a similar industry.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Software Proficiency:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design software.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design principles.

Creativity and Innovation:

Ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas and translate them into compelling visual content.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas.

Time Management:

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Adaptability

: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and changes in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with graphics designing,motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator,After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Experience in a start-up or fast-growing company.
