Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will support the development of branding and packaging designs, working closely with senior designers and clients to produce visually striking and effective designs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills and make a meaningful impact in the design world.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation of branding materials, including logos, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral.

Contribute to the design and development of packaging concepts and artwork.

Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions.

Prepare and format design files for production and ensure accuracy in print and digital formats.

Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in branding and packaging.

Attention to detail with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with 3D rendering or animation for packaging presentations.

Knowledge of print production processes and materials.

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
