Job Title: Junior Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Development:

? Lead the development of our platform using Next JS, Node JS, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

? Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to support our

platform.

? Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the applications.

2. System Design and Architecture:

? Attention to detail with a deep understanding of system design and UI/UX

principles.

? Develop scalable and efficient architecture to support a growing user base and feature set.

3. Problem Solving and Proactive Approach:

? Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

? Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues. 4. Risk Taking and Fast Execution:

? Execute faster to experiment quickly, adapting to changes and new challenges with ease.

? Take calculated risks to push the boundaries of what's possible.

5. Impactful Work and Responsibility:

? Enjoy and seek out impactful work with more responsibility.

? Lead by example, mentoring junior developers and setting the standard for code quality and best practices.

6. Collaboration and Innovation:

Qualifications:

? 1-3 years of experience in software development.

? Expertise in Next JS, Node JS, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

? Strong understanding of system design and UI/UX principles.

? Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?1,800,000.00 - ?2,500,000.00 per year
