Your Team Mates Our finance team shoulders the responsibility of monitoring the financial health of the entire company. They reason with logic, are accurate with numbers, and grasp what adds or brings tangible value to the business. And they do it with great optimism and humour. What Does The Job Actually Involve Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations Assisting with month end tasks and producing accurate and timely financial statements Accurately enter sales and purchase invoices onto the accounting system (Zoho books) Create bank payment runs and TDS deductions Preparation of GST returns Preparation of monthly payroll Statutory compliances for GST, TDS, Provident Fund, Professional Tax, etc Prepare monthly journals for accruals and prepayments Monthly balance sheet reconciliations Preparing analytical review summaries explaining the month on month movements Work closely with other departments to ensure appropriate costs, budgets and processes are adhered to Your Hard Skills At least 2 years of experience in a similar role High attention to detail Strong spreadsheet skills Commercial awareness Excellent communication and presentation skills Dynamic and highly organised Part qualified or equivalent (accountancy or finance qualification) A passion for games Your Soft Skills Kwalee has grown fast in recent years but we\'re very much a family of colleagues.
