Job Title: Junior Fashion Designer - Activewear

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of new activewear designs and collections
- Collaborate with Sr. designer to create sketches and technical drawings
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences
- Participate in fabric and trim sourcing and selection
- Support in the creation of tech packs and sample development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of garment construction and production processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for activewear and a keen eye for emerging fashion trends
