: Faculty Member - ACCA

Position Overview:
Xylem Learning is seeking an experienced and dedicated Faculty - ACCA to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of the ACCA curriculum, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire and mentor students. This role also requires a strong commitment to research and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching and Instruction:
• Develop and deliver lectures, seminars, and instructional materials using diverse teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
• Teach ACCA courses, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with ACCA curriculum standards.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking among students.
• Student Support and Mentorship:
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students achieve their academic and professional goals.
• Participate in academic advising, student mentoring, and other support activities as needed.
• Research and Scholarship:
• Conduct research in your field of specialization and publish scholarly articles in reputable journals.
• Participate in academic conferences, seminars, and professional networking activities.
• Collaboration and Interdisciplinary Initiatives:
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary initiatives and enhance the quality of education and research at Xylem Learning.
• Contribute to curriculum design, program evaluation, and the assessment of academic courses.
• Professional Development:
• Stay current with developments in ACCA education and the broader field through professional development activities, conference attendance, and peer networking.
• Administrative and Service Responsibilities:
• Fulfill administrative tasks related to teaching, research, and service as assigned by department chairs or academic administrators.
• Contribute to the overall mission of Xylem Learning through active participation in committees and departmental activities.

Qualifications:

• Must have completed all 13 ACCA papers without any exemptions.
• Proven ACCA teaching experience with a strong track record of student success.
• Advanced knowledge of ACCA curriculum and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Commitment to academic integrity, innovation, and student success.
