Job Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Executive Facilities to join our Human Resource department. This position is a full-time role, and the successful candidate must be willing to work from home and relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Travel expenses will be paid. The candidate must have managed at least one oversees client and should be ok to work with all genders of human kind.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department,Develop and implement policies and procedures related to HR operations,Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Oversee the recruitment process and ensure the right candidates are hired,Provide guidance and support to staff on HR issues,Maintain employee records and manage payroll,Manage the budget and financial operations of the HR department,Ensure the safety and security of employees and the facilities

• The candidate must be a graduate from any educational stream
