Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management:
• Assist in researching and identifying potential suppliers.
• Maintain and update vendor databases.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and performance analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Procurement Process:
• Assist in preparing and issuing purchase orders.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any order-related issues.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Data Entry and Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities and performance.
• Assist in the implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
• Other Duties as Assigned:
• Participate in procurement-related projects and initiatives.
• Provide support to other members of the procurement team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a procurement or related role.
