Job Summary:
The Junior Finance Executive will play a key role in assisting the finance department by managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting, handling payroll, and preparing financial reports. You'll support the overall financial health of the digital marketing agency by maintaining precise records and contributing to the financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Management:
• Maintain and update financial records such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and client invoices.
• Payroll Processing:
• Assist in preparing and processing payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Handle reimbursement claims and employee benefits documentation.
• Taxation & Compliance:
• Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory payments are made on time.
• Prepare and assist with the filing of tax returns, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Budgeting & Reporting:
• Support in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Assist in monitoring budgets and forecasting for different projects and campaigns.
• Financial Analysis:
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations for cost control and optimizing financial processes.
• Audit Support:
• Assist in preparing for financial audits by maintaining organized records and documents.
• Coordinate with external auditors as required.
• Vendor & Client Coordination:
• Handle communication with clients regarding payments, invoices, and financial queries.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage agreements and payment schedules.
• Financial Strategy:
• Support senior finance staff in developing strategies for growth, cost management, and profitability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
