Join our manufacturing team and work at the cutting edge of engineering impacting entire cities, countries \xe2\x80\x93 and the shape of things to come.The Challenge1) Assembly of BIC component as per Work instruction, SOP & HIRA.2) Achieve production target by putting right effort.3) Understand assembly drawings & BOM.4)Maintain 5S at your work area while working5)Maintain a quality culture for defect free assembly output in production.6)Maintain optimum resource utilization by having a good co-ordination within team7) Participate in Improvement Programs: Actively engage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Continuous Improvement programs, Compliance and Corporate Governance, and adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines.We Don\xe2\x80\x99t Need Superheroes, Just Super Minds:\xc2\xb7 Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a total experience of 2-3 years, including at least 1 year of experience in BIC assembly.\xc2\xb7 Shift Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in all three shifts.\xc2\xb7 Technical Skills: Understanding of manufacturing and assembly drawings.\xc2\xb7 EHS Knowledge: Familiarity with environmental health and safety regulations and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Lean Manufacturing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of lean principles and techniques to optimize processes and eliminate waste.We\xe2\x80\x99ve got quite a lot to offer.
