Join our manufacturing team and work at the cutting edge of engineering impacting entire cities, countries - and the shape of things to come.The Challenge1) Assembly of BIC component as per Work instruction, SOP & HIRA.2) Achieve production target by putting right effort.3) Understand assembly drawings & BOM.4)Maintain 5S at your work area while working5)Maintain a quality culture for defect free assembly output in production.6)Maintain optimum resource utilization by having a good co-ordination within team7) Participate in Improvement Programs: Actively engage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Continuous Improvement programs, Compliance and Corporate Governance, and adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines.We Dont Need Superheroes, Just Super Minds:\xc2\xb7 Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a total experience of 2-3 years, including at least 1 year of experience in BIC assembly.\xc2\xb7 Shift Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in all three shifts.\xc2\xb7 Technical Skills: Understanding of manufacturing and assembly drawings.\xc2\xb7 EHS Knowledge: Familiarity with environmental health and safety regulations and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Lean Manufacturing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of lean principles and techniques to optimize processes and eliminate waste.Weve got quite a lot to offer.
