Primary Responsibilities
• Assisting to Director in terms of organizing meetings, maintaining calendar, preparing reports and coordinating projects related affairs
• Handing Office Administrative functions, including office petty cash, stationary, and maintenance & repairs of office equipment & other provisions
• Maintaining and handling documentation
• Assisting to arrange interviews and recruitment process
• Conducting comprehensive Induction program
• Identifying and negotiating with protentional manpower suppliers
• Assisting to organize local and foreign travels and other visa related matters
• Assisting to maintain QA/QC procedures as advised by QAD department
• Liaising with related parties for the implementation & maintenance of ISO Standard
• Liaising with banks in coordination with Finance department
• Providing details for preparation of GST, TDS reports
• Coordinating with customers & suppliers as advised by the finance department
• Coordinating with local suppliers, service providers, logistics companies and customs as advised by the procurement and logistics department
• Liaising with regulatory bodies for registration, obtaining approvals, licences and exchanging information as advised by the management
Minimum Requirements
• Class 12 Board exam or equivalent and/or Full or partial Professional Qualifications in the field/s of Business Administration / Finance / Human Resources / Logistics.
• Miminum of 01 Year Experince
• Good Communication both verbal & written skills in English
• Ability to identify jobs/task on priority basis
• Need to have good interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
