Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and construction, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Planning:

- Develop detailed architectural designs and plans for construction projects.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their vision into the design.

- Project Management:

- Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project milestones are met.

- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Technical Expertise:

- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.

### Qualifications:

- Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

- Experience:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in architectural design and construction.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and completing construction projects.

- Skills:

- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.

- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
