Sr ME Support Tech OperatorRoles and Responsibilities :
Computer skills xe2x80x93 MS office, Auto cad
Time study, Line balancing, Efficiency improvement
Knowledge of W/H Manufacturing process. Knowledge of Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan
Preparation of plant layout as per the manufacturing sequence
Calculation of standard time based on the customer data
Capacity Analysis based on the customer demand
Product realization
ECN Implementation
Development of required tooling for project implementation
Co-ordination will team for project implementation
Knowledge of Bill of Materials preparation
Project planning & implementation
Preparation of reports (Daily, Monthly). Knowledge of budget
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPM, SPC
Knowledge on VA/VE Activities. Knowledge of quality basic tools
Basic knowledge on SAP.
