Since then, SYSTRA has been involved in more than 80% of metro projects in India in all major Indian cities \xe2\x80\x93 Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Surat, Nagpur, Kochi and Hyderabad.The collective team competence built up in the two decades in the metro business renders us capable of delivering innovative, reliable, cost-competitive Project Management solutions adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality.SYSTRA is GENERAL CONSULTANT (GC) FOR PHASE-II CORRIDOR FROM JLN STADIUM TO INFOPARK VIA KAKKANAD OF KOCHI METRO RAIL PROJECT.Currently we are seeking applications for the role of Junior Engineer, Quality.Missions/Main Duties:Monitoring and ensuring implementation of approved Quality Assurance Plan through field inspections.Help Senior Engineer (Quality) to Coordinate quality issues with Experts of other disciplines, Contractors as well as the Client.Monitor and supervise the output of Site Engineers to ensure Quality Construction. Profile/Skills:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in relevant field, out of which minimum 2 years experience should be in similar role in elevated metro rail projects /major bridge projects/ elevated rail based transit projects.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
• Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
