Summary Junior Engineer NDT & Testing will be responsible for executing and inspecting aerospace hardware in NDT & Testing operations in FCOEJunior Engineer NDT & Testing \xe2\x80\x93 Aerospace is responsible for establishing and continually improving customer satisfaction as per AS9100D, NADCAP & relevant customer & regulatory approval norms.The employee will be responsible for working as a NDT / Testing inspector in Aviation line production Quality operations. The role desires the candidate to :

• Work hands on across shifts in NDT / Testing cells in Aerospace function
• Ensure that the Production line & products meet quality & compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality & Line Leaders to discuss and resolve product quality issues.
• Train & Lead qualification of team personnel\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Assist in new product development activities to avoid quality issues.
• Coordinate AS / NADCAP & other relevant audits.
• Work with leadership to improve quality management system based on audit results.
• Work in compliance to the site and regulatory safety & quality norms.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in engineering
• 2 Years + of Experience in aerospace / aviation Engineering industry is a must
• Working knowledge of Aerospace Prime requirements along with NADCAP.
• Minimum documented OJT in NDT per NAS 410 norms to qualify as a Level 2 in CR/ FPI & Documented hands on work experience / existing hydro process qualification.
• Strong hands on experience in performing NDT & pressure testing operations , process control checks & working per GE-Aerospace specific customer P specs, third party and other international regulatory norms , visual inspection of finished & purchased product norms.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with good oral and written communication skills
