Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our team. The role is site-based and involves assisting with the execution, supervision, and coordination of construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of engineering principles and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Monitor daily site activities to ensure work is progressing as per project plans, timelines, and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and other site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.

Technical Support:

Assist in setting out, levelling, and surveying at the site.

Interpret and ensure adherence to technical drawings, specifications, and design plans.

Quality Control:

Ensure materials used meet the required standards and specifications.

Conduct inspections to maintain quality and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of site progress, material usage, and labor deployment.

Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Implement and monitor safety protocols on-site to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Identify potential hazards and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.

Coordination:

Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and stakeholders.

Facilitate smooth collaboration between multiple teams and departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

? Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

? Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience in site execution and construction projects.

? Soft Skills:

? Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.

Key Requirements:

? Willingness to work at project sites and travel as needed.

? Familiarity with local construction regulations and codes.

? Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
