:JOB DESCRIPTION:Position Title: Junior EngineerExperience: 2 - 4 YearsQualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil)Location: BangaloreROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the management of site-level operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule.
- Take accurate vertical, horizontal, and topographical measurements to guide construction activities.
- Apply the 3-4-5 method and other fundamental civil engineering techniques to ensure precise construction alignment and quality.
- Interpret and understand construction drawings and technical documents to execute projects accurately.
- Plan daily and weekly site activities based on the job cards provided, ensuring all tasks are allocated and executed correctly.
- Supervise and manage labour on-site, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with site workers, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination of activities.
- Report daily progress and any issues encountered to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
