About the Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Electronics Engineer cum Project Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical and administrative support to our engineering and project management team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of electronic systems, as well as supporting the project management team in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
We are seeking candidates with 0-1 year of experience in the electronics/embedded systems industry, or freshers who have completed a comprehensive training program in electronics/embedded systems and have practical experience in executing at least one project. We are also open to individuals who possess self-confidence and self-learning capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with a team of engineers to design, test, and develop electronics systems and products
- Design and develop PCB layouts using CAD software.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure that PCB designs meet all specifications.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Help track project progress, update project documentation, and maintain project files.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day activities as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with PCB design software.
