Set up and Manage E-commerce channels

• Coordinating, executing and managing all high level activities on E-com marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc.
• Order Processing of orders on all portals
• Update inventory on all portals according to the stock in hand
• Creating FBA shipments to send to Amazon warehouse
• Update and manage returns on a regular basis
• Make sure all the listings are updated with the right information

Customer Delight

• Co-ordinate for any queries that come on the support number
• Verify and process direct orders on the website

Pre-Requisites

• 0-6 months of experience as E-commerce executive
• Freshers are welcome
• Fluency in English: oral and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
