We are looking for a motivated Junior Ecommerce Executive to assist in the day-to-day management and optimization of our ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ecommerce, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in enhancing the online customer experience, optimizing product listings, and supporting the growth of our ecommerce sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across various ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
• Monitor and update inventory, ensuring product availability and accuracy.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Support the creation of promotional campaigns, sales events, and product launches.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
• Assist in optimizing website content, improving SEO, and analyzing customer behavior to enhance online sales.
• Monitor website performance, ensuring seamless navigation, mobile optimization, and a high level of user experience.
• Help manage customer service inquiries and resolve any ecommerce-related issues in a timely manner.
• Generate reports on sales, traffic, and customer insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure a cohesive ecommerce strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
