We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Digital Designer, you will work closely with our design and marketing teams to create engaging digital cut files for various devices that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This role is perfect for someone with a background in fine arts, proficiency in Illustrator, and a passion for digital design.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality digital designs and cut files for various devices.
• Collaborate with senior designers and marketing team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Must be a quick learner and be able to quickly adapt the art of creating cut files.
• Assist in maintaining and evolving our brand style guide to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Prepare final artwork for production and ensure that all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design and technology.
• Support other design-related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design , or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative digital design work.
• Solid understanding of design principles.
• Good handwork skills and the ability to create original artwork by hand is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
• Freshers with above skills are invited to showcase their skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and other design software.
• Must have artistic skills

Salary for Freshers will go between 10k to 12k, for the experienced it may be negotiable

Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm
