Job description:


To maintain the PLM systems by resolving L2orL3 issues and optimize the system through automation. AS400 Provisioning aspectTo maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs , resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) ornew developments based on businessor client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.

• To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
• To provide technical guidance to junior developers
• To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
• To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements.
• To determine and document possible cause of the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
• To create and implement processes and to perform Knowledge transition of the same.
• To identify opportunities for automation and implement the same to improve the efficiency
• To Interact with customers for ticket clarification and providing resolution.
• To troubleshoot issues or offer alternative solutions for tickets raised by client
